We wish to inform you that, pursuant to the Regulation respecting the practice of the chartered accountancy profession within a partnership or a joint-stock company, as of January 1, 2009, Hardy, Normand & Associates will maintain its professional practice under the legal form of “Limited Liability Partnership” (LLP). This change results in professional liability aiming the associate responsible for the mandate, without however decreasing in any way the clients’ responsibility in that respect.
Consequently, our company name is now Hardy, Normand & Associates, LLP.
