History
SME partners for over 20 years
It all began in 1981, when Mario Hardy and Gilbert Normand joined efforts and founded the firm Hardy, Normand & Associates, CA, in Montreal. Their philosophy: provide their clients customized service based on skills and teamwork.
In order to better serve SMEs, co-founders Hardy and Normand have succeeded in partnering with reliable, competent collaborators in the fields of General Assurance and Auditing as well as Taxation. Indeed, other members have joined them throughout the years, including partners Gilles Brouillard, Marcel Lemay and Éric Forest. The firm now employs some 50 professionals.
Our definition of partnership: establishing a unique relationship with decision makers in order to keep abreast of our clients' industries and company growth.
