  • Interactions: when you communicate with us by email, by submitting a comment, making an appointment, subscribing to our newsletter, visiting our Client Portal, accessing the payment platform or sending your resume when applying for an internship or a job with us, we record your interaction and, where applicable, each attachment.

Forms and interactivity

Your personal information is collected through digital forms:

  • Contact form;
  • Newsletter subscription form;
  • Internship application form;
  • Employment application form;
  • Etc.

In addition, you must provide certain information to access your Client Portal and the payment platform through our website.

The personal information we collect is used only for the purposes indicated at the time of collection, i.e. when you browse or disclose information on our website. We use your personal information mainly to:

HNA sometimes engages third parties to process personal information for the purposes mentioned above. In order to ensure a high-quality and efficient service for our customers, certain third parties may be located outside Quebec or host data outside Quebec. In this case, various safeguards are in place, which may include: a strict non-disclosure agreement; the existence of security audit reports; limiting the information that is shared to the strict minimum; implementing additional technological security measures; and producing a Privacy Impact Assessment (“PIA”) as required.

HNA is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and protection of the personal information it holds.

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we apply recognized physical, organizational, contractual and technological security measures based on industry best practices to safeguard and secure information collected online.  

In addition, all employees, consultants and service providers who process your personal information, if any, must also adhere to good security practices. 

However, there is always a degree of risk involved in using the Internet to transmit personal information.
