Stéphan Pedneault joined HNA as Head of Operations in 2017 and sits on the firm’s executive committee. A passionate driver of success, he was the first person from the firm’s administration to become a partner.
He is recognized for his strategic vision and his qualities as an administrator. His focus on coaching and strategic, creative and innovative change management makes him an important asset for the firm’s continuous improvement and growth.
Stéphan has a master’s degree in Business Administration and the professional designations of Certified Administrator (Adm.A.) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CRHP). He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), from which he holds the certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM). As a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), he also holds Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ SSBB) certification.
